Grad Write Ups

There are two Write-Up documents for Grade 12 students to complete during their graduation year. 

1) Yearbook Write-Up (optional)

If you would like to have a yearbook Write-Up see Miss Miller.

2) Graduation Ceremony Write-Up   
 
These are read when students cross the stage during the PSS Grad Ceremony. Please keep your responses brief and submit ONLY one Ceremony Write-Up. Do not submit a Write-Up if you are NOT attending the ceremony.
Please complete this form by April 1st, 2024
 
Please see Mrs. Roesch, in the library, if you did not complete your Write-Up by April 1st. Paper copies will be given out. Students that do not complete a Write-Up will have a generic one read as they cross the stage.
